Moved to New Orleans after attending Mardi Gras,
fell in love with the city, culture, architecture, people
so laid back. People live for the weekends.
Victim of Hurricane Katrina, My house flooded and sustained wind damage, I lost my restaurant of
12 years and the property it was located on, also damaged an adjacent commerc...Expand for more
ial building which was in the process of opening. Recently filed Chapter 7. Lost everything. Still have my health,
my family, husband Emile, son Emile 26 and daughter Mignon 21.
Can't believe I have to start all over at this point in my life.
Would love to hear from some of you. Only connection I have now is my past.
