Life Since graduating from high school in spring of 70, I have come to know Christ as my personal Savior after attending numerous Bible Studies and learning the plan of Salvation in which Christ offers to all who will receive him as Lord and Savior into one's life and heart for forgiveness of sin and eternal salvation. This took place September of 73 when I, realizing my need to be saved, received Christ as Lord and Savior into my heart in a special church service at Gardendale Baptist Church here in Corpus Christi. Since then Christ has come to personally mean SO VERY MUCH TO ME. Each day is a new day with him as I realize that all of my emptiness, lonliness, bitterness, etc. has become a thing of the past and Christ continues to mean more and more to me each and everyday of my life. As I read and quote his word each day, he continues to show me the abundant life in which he has for me and all who will turn to him for personal salvation. My favorite Bible verses are Romans 3:23-25, 6:23, which are some good Salvation scriptures to start with and then the entire book of Romans.
