Life Live in Scottsdale, AZ now - spent 20 + years in California, mainly in the Bay Area. I have been married...divorced...married....divorced...etc, oh well, that's part of life! I have one daughter who is now almost 41 now, is married and has two adorable little girls - Elizabeth Primrose aka Prim (11 years old) ; and Hannelore 9 years old) aka "H-Bomb" . Yes, I am the kind of obnoxious grandparent....I don't know what a grandparent is supposed to look and act like though, if someone can tell me, I'd appreciate it. My daughter attended graduate school in San Diego and has stayed here (now a psychologist - always scary to have in family I think - LOL) - and I hope to get them to move to Arizona at some point, great schools, affordable and well, I want them closer to me! The longer I am here in Arizona, the more friends I am making and not sure that I want to leave, will have to see what happens in the end. I think of moving back to the Bay Area, and then a trip there, with traffic and cost of living sends me running back here! Have found a few high school friends here; some have family in the area, so there are great connections along the way. Worked in the telecom industry for years and years, tried insurance and didn't like it...and now have found what I really enjoy doing - I still work for a small business, my "operations brain" is getting a real workout and I lov...Expand for more
