Patricia's Story
Patricia's schools include Port Coquitlam Central Elementary School, Mary Hill Junior High School, Port Coquitlam High School. I worker at BC Tel/ Telus for 30 years , retired from Telus in 2009 , and went to work at Ledcor , then ATI , AFL , and finally back to Ledcor . 2016 retired from everything .
. In the fifty years since graduating , I married , had 2 kids and one grand daughter . Lived in PoCo until 1989 . Moved to Whonnock in '89 and still live here .
Lost my husband of 46 years in 2021 and have been trying to...Expand for more
figure out all the nuances of home maintenance that he always looked after , and trying to get used to living alone .
I don't live an exciting life and that is perfectly fine with me . Quite content to spend time in the yard and gardening in the spring and summer and baking or doing minor maintenance inside in the winter . I enjoy going to concerts ( mostly the ones I never had time or the money for when I was younger ) . I also enjoy going to see local bands and tribute shows and going to plays .
