I have been back in Alaska since October 2016. LegalShield was set to open up February 2017, so this was good news for me! In addition, my ex and I got back together. He had been living in Anchorage so that was a perfect place to start my business over and start a new life over! Life has been great here. I had missed Alaska! I have five grandchildren. ree books about Alaska history. The third took me almost 40 years to complete! I don't know that I have a fourth one but am considering it. I am the president of Preservation Alaska, a statewide nonprofit focused on historic preservation. My passion is history and historic preservation. I think that started when I was young. Living in Eureka I came to love all of the historic buildings. That's what attracted me to The Dalles, Oregon. Now it's back to Alaska and I am loving it.
