Life
What a ride life has been! I think I am now entering the best part of my life. I am winding down at work (I am and have been in the escrow business for many years). I have taken on new interests and am enjoying life. I started taking Improv classes in 2006 and am continuing to enjoy. Actually think I found another side of me that must have been repressed all these years. Along that line, I have become very interested in the arts, etc. I have had season tickets to the los Angeles Opera the past three years. I enjoy small theater because of the intimacy of it and also because I will be starting classes for theater in the fall (just for fun). I love living in close proximity to the beach and continue to take walks along the beach with friends as well as rollerblading at the beach. I love golf and have travelled all over just to find a new golf course to try. I just got a list of the top 100 women's golf courses and hope to be able to go to experience at least half within the next 5 years. I am sure I will end up in places I never dreamed of (some in a good way and some, obviously I will be happy not to go back!!), but the adventure will be fun. I love travelling. uty of the Canadian Rockies and love to take my camera and catch every photo op that I can. I am actually getting pretty good at it - well, with the help of Photoshop, I might add. I have framed lots of photos from different areas I have travelled to and have shared with friends and family. I am fortunate enough to still have my father around - God bless him - 91 years old and still working at the Indy Race Track. In fact this year, 2007, he kicked off the time trials by being the oldest person to get in an Indy Race car and drive it twice around the track - behind the pace car. All dad could say was - "The Pace car went too slow!!" He got up to 140, which was terrifying enough for me. I was not able to be there but one of my sisters and my brother were able to go and get some great photos. Oh, let's see what else I enjoy . I am currently taking private Tango lessons - love them, as well as attending classes for the L.A. craze - pole dancing, which includes learning "lap dances and stripping". My mother is probably rolling over in ther grave at this moment. Dad thnkis it is great - course he has not yet seen me in action! I am blessed to have had a good life and can't wait to experience more of what life has to offer.
