Patricia's Story
I left Storm Lake in 1968 to return to Virginia where I was born. I returned and lived in Storm Lake from 1972 to 1974 after my mothers death. I graduated from nursing school and married in 1977 in Roanoke, Virginia. I have beem teaching health and medical sciences, practical nursing in Virginia public schools for over twenty eight years. I am currently single with two children and three grandchildren.

ve always appreciated Iowa for its people and school system. Great memories of playing intermural girls sports and the 1968 State Boys Basketball Championship game. Good growing up in Storm Lake.
I will not be remembered much from those years in high school. I was very quiet and quit interverted at that time in life. I enjoyed talking with many of my classmates on a daily basis but was anything but outgoing.
