Patricia's Story
My life in a nutshell:
Graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 1977 with a BBA in Accounting. I went to work at Armco, married Lanny later that year and we moved to Cleveland in 1979 (divorced in 1981). I've been stuck here since. (My goal in life is to die someplace where it doesn't snow!) I married my Prince Charming in 1986 and life was wonderful. We travelled to Europe several times, including my dream trip to France and a honeymoon in Italy. We had two wonderful children, Jake in 1989 and David in 1994. University. Around 1995, my Prince Charming turned into a toad, we engaged in marital combat for several years and divorced in 2002. I returned to work in 2000 and am now the Director of Finance and IT for a $300 million business. I love my independence. Jake and David are the center of my life. Both boys are very smart (the toad was a PhD in Metallurgy) and totally wonderful young men. Jake is entering his junior year at the University of Cincinnati (go Bearcats) and David is a freshman in high school.
I'm too young to be this old. To prove it, I go to lots of rock concerts. Generally speaking, I'm a happy camper.
