Life I have started my own consulting company called It’s About Leadership,LLC. My focus is developing new leaders and enhancing current leader skills. Sterling is a public/private 501c(3) organization that does training and assessment of performance excellence for private businesses, healthcare, manufacturing, education, and public agencies and organizations.
