Patricia's Story
I am thankful to God and Happy to say that after 27 years with the Seattle School District I had the privilege of retiring. I've started to volunteer in a ministry that works wiith homeless and street youth also with a food bank. I 've also had the opportunity to travel to Philly, Virginia and North Carolina in the last few weeks. Retirement.. I recommend it
I wrote the above several months ago.Full Reitrement was enjoyable while it lasted. Now I am working for the YWCA in Seattle as the Interim Associate Director for Youth and Young Adult Services. To say that I've had an interesting life and career is an understatement.

eriod. There is still so much to do and see.
Well I am just adding to my story. After working for the YWCA for King and Snohomish County I was asked to come back to work in the Seattle School District.
During the 2015-2016 School Year I've worked quite a bit. I am an administrator in one of the most diverse schools in Seattle. I was an elementary school principal for 12 years and since 2004, a high school administrator, save for one year when I dabbled with retirement. I feel really privileged and blessed to be involved in shaping the future through the youth of today. I also participate in my church-City Church in Seattle and in Bible Study Fellowship. You can keep up with me on FB.
