1972 was a very good year (graduation). I came out to Texas to visit an old boyfriend who also graduated from PHHS in '72, Mike Sims. While out visiting him; he introduced me to my future husband. I made up my mind this guy was worth waiting for and I told my folks I was getting married. I knew after 6 wks. HE WAS THE ONE. When the folks asked when we were getting married I told them This boy doesn't even know we're getting married. I waited 1 year before he popped the question. We had 2 boys 5 years apart. My husband and I were married 26 yrs and 5 days before he was killed in an accident. I've been on my own for the past 8 yrs. My boys (who are men,34 & 29) have been there for me so many times.
