Patricia's Story
Started working for Puget Sound Bank in 1965 and managed to stay there through 2001 retiring after getting position eliminated for the 3rd time (KeyBank). Was very happy that time as my husband had retired the previous year.
Married to Steve Goings in 1970 and somehow am still married to him and very happy and content. We had one child together, Brian in 1973. He has three sons by a previous marriage, Mark, Tony and Greg. Tony is the only one with kids and has threee but lives in Mississippi and we don't see them very often.
Then in 1990, we took in my sister's grandchild, Crystal at age four months and then eventually adopted her in 1993. She is a senior at Northwest High School and Technical College at Clover Park Vocational School.
We have a small lake home and love it. It is our Shangralai!! Sitting on the deck...Expand for more
and watching it rain or sitting by the campfire having a white Russian or glass of wine are some of my greatest loves. We have 2 dogs, both mutts.
I play poker with the girls once a week at one of our homes. We play wild games like 4's, 8's and one-eyed jacks are wild!! Usually the most you would ever win or lose is $30 but mostly in the $10 range.
I am a shopper, Costco and Walmart my favorites. I have one of everything in their stores!!
Otherwise, I spend lots of time on the computer playing lots of Solitaire games or poker.
I love life, am pretty healthy, fatter then I have ever been, laugh a lot and still as crazy as ever. I get together with old classmates once in awhile, but not as much as I should. Still love them all!!! Claudia, Janice, Mary and Bobbie and Diane. Looking forward to 45th reunion next year.
