Life
Living in Winnsboro, LA. Married for 32 years. One child, Melissa, age 25. One grandchild, Blacie Elizabeth, born 11-23-05. Worked for State of Louisiana for 15 years as an Eligibility Worker. Quit in 1992 and became self-employed. Work from home typing Medical Transcripition for two clinics and one doctor. Love to work in my yard and fish, when I have spare time. Enjoy going to casinos in Vicksburg, even though I'm not very lucky! My daughter and I opened a business in August, 2006 - Blacie's Formal Wear and Rentals. We sell and rent wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses, prom dresses, etc. Love it. Still do the medical transcription at night. Workplace
Worked as a secretary in an insurance office from time of graduation until I got married in 1975 and relocated. Then worked as an insurance clerk in a doctor's office for one year. Went to work for the State of Louisiana - Office of Family Support in 1976. Started out in clerical and worked my way up to an Eligibility Worker. Quit in 1992 and started business at home doing various jobs - monthly billing for a drug store, computer artwork for a screen printer, paralegal work for an attorney, and medical transcription. I now do medical transcription full-time from home, as well as continue doing the monthly billing for the drug store.
