Patricia's Story

Life I'm 28 years married to my best friend, Ken - a horn player and composer. We have 3 kids: Jen is 26, adopted from Korea as a toddler, studying to be a medical research scientist; Jacob is 23, singer and graphic designer; Hana is 11, adopted from China. and Asia is one of the joys of my life. Because of my friendships in Africa, and the hardships that my friends live with, my husband and I have chosen a simple lifestyle here in the US - to enable us to invest in their lives through self-sustaining projects in Malawi and Madagascar. I no longer play trumpet, but I'm a singer - I just finished a solo CD that will be released in the late spring.
