Patrick's Story
A Principal of Sonnenblick-Eichner Company. Responsibilities include the origination and management of new and existing institutional debt and equity sources, as well as negotiating and closing transactions on behalf of the firm's clients. Throughout 29-year career in the commercial real estate finance and investment management business, closed in excess of $5 billion of transactions including construction, acquisition and permanent debt, as well as conducting property acquisition and asset management due diligence for commercial properties.

ructured Commercial Real Estate Finance Group of Greenwich Capital Markets. Previous management positions include Director - Western Region for WMF Capital Corporation, and Director - Real Estate Investment for MassMutual Life Insurance Company.
Attended Loyola - Marymount University in Los Angeles obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History in 1983. In addition to involvement in the local commercial real estate industry associations, am a permanent member of MBA's Education CREF subcommittee by virtue of my appointment as a Faculty Fellow in 1991.
Have 4 kids, 33, 30, 27 and 18 months; live in Westchester with my wife Carla.
