Patrick's Story

Life begins at age 51! That's when I retired from Sandia National Labs with 29 years of service, after having earned BS's in Math and Physics from NMT, a Masters in Applied Math from RPI and a PhD from Cornell in Applied Math. Sandra and I were married in '74 and we will be celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary soon. We have 2 daughters, the oldest married and living in Albuquerque, while the younger lives and works in Chicago. g on our goal to vacation in every state in the U.S. Also, since retirement I fly fish a lot; my next "big" trip is a week long trip to Alaska. Sandra keeps busy with her new found quilting/sewing activities. We are planning a 2010 European cruise and land tour with some close friends. The latest big, family event is our first grand child. Samuel Ryan, with a perfect APGAR score of 10, was born to Eric and Luisa on July 16, 2009. Can it get any better? Absolutely! Just got back from my Alaska adventure and it was nothing short of awesome. Check out the 2 new pics I just posted.
