Where have the 40 years gone? For me, 4 at San Francisco State with a summer sesson at Georgetown (during the Nixon "I will go to China" and the release of the Pentagon Papers )(I was in the Senate Committee Room at midnight when Senator Gravel of Alaska released them....Looked like fake tears to me) . I then spent another 5 years at Montgomery Wards and got married. 18 years at Pacific Telephone in a variety of jobs and locations, 2 years 'retired' 1 year back in school (Cal State Hayward) and now the last nine years running a school Science Lab in Fremont CA. I teach 18 different classes a week, (11 of them twice a week) I also maintain a seismograph that I received with funding from the National Science Foundation-- I have six kids.
