Life

:1994 -- brief stint at UGA Athens.
:1995-1996 -- back in Columbus attending (then) Columbus College.
:March 1997 -- Joined the Army as a satellite communications technician.
:May 1998 -- Assigned to duty in Japan.
:June 2000 -- completed bachelor's in Asian Studies.
:August 2000 -- Married.
:July 2001 -- completed 2nd bachelor's in Computer Science.
:March 2003 -- completed master's degree in Computer Science.
:April 2003 -- Son was born (Dylan).
:May 2003 -- Deployed to the Philippines to support Operation Enduring Fr...Expand for more
eedom.
:August 2003 -- Returned to Japan wounded.
:November 2003 -- Medically discharged from the Army.
:November 2003 -- Awarded permanent resident status in Japan.
:December 2003 -- Employeed in Tokyo by Fujitsu as an IT consultant.
:November 2004 -- Second son was born (Ryan).
:December 2004 -- Moved to Denver to accept position with Comcast.
:February 2005 -- Entered doctoral program with the University of Denver.
Workplace
After being discharged from the military for medical reasons I was hired as an IT consultant for Fujitsu in Tokyo. More recently I have taken a position with Comcast in Denver.
