Patrick's Story
Life
My life at the outset tended to be rather colorful...strange friends, weird chemicals, unlikely adventures, incredible luck. Time and circumstances have conspired, as they often do, to slow me down and I'll probably live longer for it. I find that I'm happier than I ever thought I'd be.
School
Although almost all the kids I grew up with went to Redwood High School, in my sophmore year I went to this private school (all boy) in San Francisco. It was a great school academically but it kinda sucked from a social viewpoint. I'm trying now to connect with some of my old friends and classmates from that school. I wonder if many of you even remember me.
College

t to be a better student than I would have been if I had gone right on to college after high school...my head just wasn't in it. Instead I got my "street education" which serves me well even to this day.
Workplace
I've had so many jobs in my life from line cook, to Physical Therapist, to Electrical Contractor...many of them just a means to an end or a way of making the rent. I was always happiest when building things...all aspects of construction. There just wasn't time to do it all. Now I use my knowledge and skills to teach some of the younger guys and that's rewarding. I like not having all the stress that comes with running my own business. I like having new jobs and getting to work in all kinds of environments with different people.
