Patrick's Story
Came to Burnsville in the middle of my Junior year and Graduated in 1974. I was on the Football team as #74. No other sports. I had a67 dark blue Cougar that a bad ass car. Got caught Drag racing at the end of school and lost my license for the summer. Had a great senior year. I was also known for the Nunchucks I used to hide in my Jacket. After graduation I joined the Army in July, been around the world in a lot of countries. Met my wife in Germany, she was a soldier too. Got married in 1977 and have three children, two boys and a girl. Retired at Ft. Riley as a Sergeant First Class right where I was born and now live in Manhattan Kansas. Inspector. They company I work for rebuilds US Army trucks. My oldest Son has an MBA and was working as the Asst Controller for and Aerospace Company and was recently laid off. He has been hired by another business as an analyst. My Daughter is a corrections officer in AZ. She has some college but needs to continue. My youngest Son is working as a Kitchen manager for a Major Restaurant Called Carlos O'Kelly's. he has some Vo-Tech but needs to finish that as well. My wife Rebecca is the mail room coordinator at McCall Pattern Company here in Manhattan. Anybody need any free patterns contact me!! I'm 53 and still going strong.
