Patrick's Story

Life After graduation from Chrisman I moved to Colorado to study at Denver University. I took up skiing and fly fishing and generally had a terrific time. I have always been involved in politics and managed to work on several campaigns in Colorado. After graduation (BA in International Business/Economics) I went to Law School. First, for one year back east, and then I transfered back to DU. I clerked for a judge in KC for a summer and then worked for a law firm in Denver for a year. After getting my JD I moved to Washington, DC to work at a conservative think tank on the Hill. Since 1996 I have worked for a couple of Members of ...Expand for more
Congress and for a National trade Association as a lobbyist. Currently I am Director of Government Relations for the Semiconductor Industry Association and in the Virginina Army National Guard. I am unmarried (typical for us Hill Rats - Just like on the West Wing) and live in Northern Virginia. I travel a lot and have been blessed with interesting work. I serve on the board of the Washington Scholarship Fund. A private Charity here in DC that allows poor kids to attend the school of their choice. I still play politics (think of it as following baseball) and pretend I have all the answers. Still hope to settle down one day.
