Patrick's Story
Became a Garden Grove Police Officer at 21 and spent 30 years in that career. It spanned Patrol, Training Officer, Chaplain Coordinator, Detective in Child Abuse, Sexual Assault, Crimes Against Persons. Obtained a BS Edu degree in 2001 and led teams to redesign how Patrol Officers and Civilian Field Operators are trained including Manuals and training of trainers. ecoming a Sergeant, Watch Commander and eventually Internal Affairs Sergeant. Retired in 2008 and became a Private Investigator specializing in Police Background Investigation.
I accepted Christ in 1983 and shortly thereafter met my wife and we have been married since 1985; two grown step-children and a grandson who believes it is my sole responsibility in life to play with him which is fine because I get to do kid stuff again, only I get tired faster now.......
