Patsy's Story
Life
Widow (since '91), have 5 kids (4 girls, 1 boy)and 9 grandkids (4 girls and 5 boys). I now have 13 grandchildren (2 more boys and 2 more girls) and 1 great grandson. I retired in 2005 and have moved to the state of Washington. I am working for a temporary agency (nice for extra spending money and to keep me active. I am doing voluteer work and spending more time quilting and doing other crafts. I will be looking into the requirements to facilitate some Batterers Treat...Expand for more
ment classes. Their requirements are a little more stringent here and I may need to get more training. If not that then maybe I will look into working with the victims.
I spent a good part of this past year touring around Washington and seeing the sights. It is a beautiful country where we get experience all the seasons, though the "summer" is a lot shorter (about 1 month as apposed to the 6-8 months of "summer" I experienced in California) and there is a lot more rain.
