Roxie's Story

Life Worked at Edwards AFB from 1967 until April 1st, 2006. I train Girl Scout Leaders and I am active in Toastmasters. Recently, I started a little part time job as a CURVES trainer. It stumbled in my life to get me to get serious about taking care of my out of shape body! I have to admit I am also a Peace advocate and am involved with the movement again! ool Wow!! The best memories of school are connected with Drama and Mrs Pat Corless! She was the best teacher! I also loved hanging out with my friends, going to dances, starting a fan club for the Exiles and going to Gravity Hill!!! I remember having tickets # 1 and 2 to see "A Hard Days Night" at the walk in show on Lancaster Blvd. What about cruzin A&W? There are so many other memories. Those were the good 'ole care free days! Anyone know of a non profit I can donate my 40 year old piano to? Needs paint and tuning. Tried to sell it and was not successful so I am asking here. Must be picked up. (Lancaster CA near 15th W and the Blvd)
