Patti's Story
My story...
*Got married in 1981 to Merle Morrison - from West Liberty, IA. Met him through mutual friends.
*Had first daughter - Melissa later in 1981 (don't do the math, please)
*Worked at Heinz USA for a couple of years and went to MCC
*Managed a General Nutrition Center for several years
*Managed a Maurices Apparel for several years until the Muscatine Mall went down.
*Finished Associates Degree from MCC
shortly thereafter.
*Has second daughter, Holly in 1986.
*Got a job at The HON Company as a receptionist and worked my way up to executive assistant to the President. Then mo...Expand for more
ved to the corporate office as assistant to CFO.
*Started taking classes toward my Bachelor's degree in Business and finished that in 1999 and started working on my MBA.
*Got downsized from HON in 2001 and went to work for Bridgestone Bandag as a Fleet Financial Development Manager.
*Work allowed me to travel all over the globe and to about 2/3 of the states. Really enjoyed the travel!
*Finished MBA in 2006 and got promoted to Supply Chain Manager.
*Still working...Still married....
*Empty nesters
*Live on a small acreage in the country
*Love the outdoors and all things organic.
