Life My Spouse I met my husband, Ray, while taking a class at the Navy Finance Center, Cleveland, Ohio. I was a civilian employee for the Department of the Navy, and he was on active duty stationed at the Finanace Center. ring construction contracts for eight VA Medical Centers in the Department of Veterans Affairs. The job can be quite the paperchase, but some of the legal and construction issues I am exposed to keep things interesting. I feel very priviledged, and am humbled, to have the daily opportunity to serve veterans and taxpayers.
