Pattie's Story
07/14/2015 - Random Memories From High School
Football games; SPADES (working in Mr. Gandt's Special Ed class); Mr. Berg's Chemistry class; Algebra/Trig (when I had to admit that Math was NOT my best subject); cruising the strip; "everyone" going to Jack's for lunch (I went once); Mr. Halpin's Anatomy/Physiology class (I will never forget the smell of formaldehyde); choir with Mr. Sjolund; watching Godspell (it was awesome!); my 65 Mustang (that I wish I still had) . . . .
UPDATE 06/23/2015:
I am married to my soulmate (we just celebrated 10 years) and I still work at the local hospital - my job has changed some since our transcription services were outsourced and I am now working as the Transcription Liaison for the hospital ensuring the dictation and transcription all flows smoothly and I still do some specialized transcription.
We live in the same house but my step-son (now 15!) is no longer living here but does visit on a fairly regular basis. We have the fur-kids, 2 dogs and several cats, and we are amazed every time we go shopping at how much we buy for the cats and dogs --- and what seems like so little for us . . . I admit that they are "a little" spoiled!
We are busy with our church - I am a member of the wo...Expand for more
rship team and I am the Secretary for the Board of Directors - and other than that, we lead a quiet life, mostly at home, enjoying our pets, watching TV and I love Facebook!
I'm looking forward to our upcoming reunion -- can you believe it has been 40 YEARS? Wow - where did the time go? In some ways I still feel like I'm 18, but I sure don't look it and sheesh, I hate being old enough to get senior discounts!

Life (2008)
I am fairly recently remarried (as of 03/12/05). I have been divorced once, widowed once and now am married again -- for the last (and BEST) time!!!
I am working at the local hospital as a medical transcriptionist and am a volunteer graphics design person, participate on the worship team and help to coordinate the women's ministry program for my church. I am busy and content and I love it!
After my late husband passed away in 2001, I developed a spirit of wanderlust and did a lot of traveling around the U.S. for a couple years, but I finally grew up and settled down.
I never had children of my own but I do have cats and a couple dogs that are my "fur-kids" and my husband's 8-year-old son has been living with us for the past year -- which has been a huge adjustment!!!
