Patty's Story

Hi everyone, I moved from Fairbanks in 1991, when my husband retired from the Fairbanks Fire Department. We spent many years in Minnesota, then wound up living in Homer, AK. I retired from my position as a credit union loan dept. manager. I couldn't handle the winters there, so went back and forth from NW Arkansas. We have lived in Lake Havasu City, AZ for 2.5 years. I enjoy the year round warm weather. At Christmas time, I like to drive...Expand for more
an hour up to the mountains so I can say we had a "white Christmas", then head back in to the desert My family, including my twin sis Peggy, make it out here fairly often. I do get to Fairbanks at least once a year. I will be there in October to celebrate my granddaughter's 2nd birthday. I think back on my wild and crazy days in Fairbanks, and am so glad that we actually mature as we grow older! I would love to hear from my old friends!
