Life!!!
The last time I wrote this first paragraph was nearly two years ago. Now approaching 62 in July 2008. How did that happen....???? I have two wonderful kids...my son, Shawn and his family live in Reno, NV, he has twin boys who will be 13 on the 13th of July 2008. My daughter, Jen and her family live in Anahola, Kauai, HI. She has my oldest grandson, Jaya, who will be 13 on the 13th of February 2008 and my only granddaughter....my little princess, Alani who will be 6 on June 17th of 2008.
Have been living near Prescott AZ since February of 2003. Moved to Las Vegas, NV in December 1962 and then to Carson City, NV January 1, 1972. Lived in Nevada for 31 years. Moved to Southern California to marry my present husband in 1993. He retired in 1998. We traveled full ti...Expand for more
me with a 5th wheel for five years before settling here in AZ.
Life is good with the exception of being too far from my precious kids and grandkids. My quest is to be living in Kauai within the next two years. Although I visit at least twice a year.....it is not enough.
Have had many careers in my years and owned three businesses.
Just playing now....and trying to find a couple of very special classmates, but not having any luck...Linda Briggs (FoHi) and Mickey Colver from Rancho High!
If anyone has any information on either, I would love to have it!
Being a Mom and Grandma have been my life's most rewarding gifts. The hardest most rewarding "job" I have ever had and wouldn't trade being a Mom or Grandma for one second or a trillion dollars.
I am so blessed and so lucky!
