Patty's Story
Life
Well what can I say. I am a pharmacist with Publix Supermarkets in Riverview FL (South of Tampa). Married to Neil, who has a brain tumor. Our life is upside down and backwards and everything else because of his illness. We do the best we can, day by day. I started an eBay business which does very well. Hoping to do it full time in the future.
After graduation, I went to FSU and got a Chemistry degree in 1981. I then went to UF and got a degree in Pharmacy. I immediately moved to Atlanta after graduation in Dec 1983. I married my FSU buddy who was in dental school at Emory. We divorced after 7 years. I then married ...Expand for more
an older man (22 YEARS older) and we divorced after 5 years.
I met my current husband, and soul mate, Neil and we married 8/23/98. He lived in Tampa so I moved from Atlanta. He was diagnosed with brain cancer about 3 years later and is paralyzed from the biopsy. We can no longer go anywhere so we have made our home our castle. We have no kids, thank God. I never wanted any.
My parents have both passed away. Some of you might remember my dad as he owned the ice cream shop! Great guy, he had a stroke and died at age 85 in 2003.
I have a lot of great memories of high school. Especially band, what a great time we had.
