Patty's Story
After graduation, I attended St. Ed's as a theater major for a couple of years then moved to Oklahoma to be closer to my parents who had been transferred. When my theater career didn't pan out (not enough talent, dedication, or patience!)I got into the restaurant business and worked in corporate restaurant management in Dallas, Oklahoma City and Memphis before finally returning to the hill country in 1994 with my then three-year-old daughter. I married again in Kingsland (near Marble Falls) in 1997. My husband, Paul, adopted my ...Expand for more
daughter and we bought the house my parents had built on the lake. Dad died in 1995, but Mom still lives with us. Paul and I own NightScenes Corporation doing landscape and architechtural lighting for high end homes and commercial properties in central Texas. Our daughter just graduated from high school from Faith Academy of Marble Falls - a class of only 16. Quite a difference from our class of 466 graduates! We enjoy travelling and hanging out with friends over good food, fine wine, cold beer and danceable music. Life is good.
