Paul's Story
Life
After High School I attended MJC until I received a better offer from my uncle he said he had travel and exotic places for me to see. So I joined the Coast Guard and spent the next four years in the CG. I was stationed at Jones Beach N.Y. at a search and rescue station. I met my wife of 42 years while stationed there we were married while serving there and after being discharged we move to Chagrin Falls, Oh. where I worked as an electricians helper, we got into horses so I went to school to learn to shoe them. After Ferriers school we moved back to Bradenton, thats where we started taking foster children, we have taken in over 150 children since then and have adopted 12. tabula Oh. after being in Bradenton only 2 years. We have been up north since then and we now have 32 grand children. Just recently lost my wife to heart failure after 42 years 8 months of marriage
I have been employed most of that time as a maintenance supervisor in manufacturing facilities. I have had to do some traveling for my employers and have gone to Trinidad as well as several places in the states.
I took up scuba diving several years ago but I still don't like cold water so most of my diving is in the south.
I enjoy going to car cruise ins and looking at the old cars and talking to the owners of cars like we had back in school. It's lots of fun seeing what they have done to some of them.
