Paul's Story
Well, it has been a long time since graduation and here is a short update on myself since then.
After graduation I worked various jobs and in 1979 I became a machinist at Hamilton Sundstrand, now named United Technologies Aerospace Systems, in Windsor Locks Ct, and have been there ever since. In 1992, I took a position as a continuous improvement facilitator/trainer. This position evolved over the years to my current position of Client Manager/Consultant of UTC's quality operating system called "ACE" (Achieving Competitive Excellence). e which has given me the wonderful opportunity to travel all over the U.S. and internationally since 2004. Visiting places like Shanghai, Shenzhen, Moscow, Singapore, India, Malaysia, Mexico, and much of Europe has given me a breath of knowledge and cultural awareness that you just can't get from viewing the world from your couch.
I married an amazing woman (Kim) in December of '79....the best decision I ever made. We have 2 great kids, now adults, no grand kids yet, and still live in the area.
