Currently, and for some 23+ years, Paul works at John L Scott Real Estate, a leading Seattle area Brokerage.

More about Paul: "I am a 27 year veteran of the Real Estate Industry. I serve South Snohomish and North King Counties from my office in Woodinville. I am active in the REALTOR® Association, serving many years on the Board of Directors both for the County and the State. I served for a period as Vice-President for Government Affairs at Washington Realtors®.
I keep the words of Henry Ward Beecher as my mantra..."Hold yourself responsible to a higher standard than anyone else expects of you. Never excuse yourself". Doing so, I find that almost without exception, the services I render my clients is in excess of their expectations and so...Expand for more
they are willing to refer friends and family to me, thus keeping my business vital and viable.".
Update time: Here it is 2015 and I'm still actively (and successfully) pursuing my 27 year career in residential real estate sales. As a Managing Broker, former County and also State Association Director, as well as Vice-President for Government Affairs at Washington Realtors, I enjoy a sizeable cadre of acquaintances in the industry. This provides a vast network of referral capability as well as a conduit for information about happenings and developing trends within the industry.
I live with Jan Hite, my "life-partner" in the one-level house between Lynnwood and Brier that I bought over a dozen years ago. She too is in real estate sales...would have to be to live with the crazy schedule and hectic pace I sometimes find myself compelled to engage in.
I have no immediate plans to retire as I enjoy (according to my primary care physician) "robust health" and retain most (not all, mind you) of my mental faculties. Life is good, what with adult children, grandchildren and now, even a growing assemblage of great-grandchildren. I am mightily blessed and thank God for it all at my weekly attendance of my church, Washington Cathedral where I've been a member of for about 20 years now.
I have vividly fond memories of North Hollywood High and the many I knew there. I'd love to connect with any who read this and perhaps reminisce about our interesting teen years and where it's all lead to today. Those were the days!
Best regards, Paul
