Hi All, I am now living in Chandler AZ. I have been into Real Estate for about 30 years as an owner / landlord / investor and realtor. I currently also run a Hedge Fund with a partner.

ars. I have a few grandsons and my new wife also has grandkids. We travel to our ABNB back east and also back to So Cal and around locally, I still work part time. I am glad to be lucky enough to afford a Tesla model Y because it reminds me of the electric cars at Disneyland that I used to love driving as a kid.
