Paul's Story
Life
Was Married in 1981, bought first house in 1983, had daughter in 1987, wife died in 1988, remarried in 1989, had second daughter in 1990, separated in 2002, single for 5 years with custody of both daughters. Married the most wonderful lady in the world in August 2007 and we are very happy!
Workplace
Began work for A.E. Finley & Associates in 1978 as a product specialist, was given a full sales territory in 1980, and promoted to Vice President and Branch Manager in 2001. A.E. Finley & Associates was purchased on March 1, 2006. I was kept on by the new owner, Stafford, as VP and Sales Manager for the Raleigh division. y excited about this opportunity to help the homeless, alcoholics, and addicts. Spent 3 years at the Healing Place. Worked as an Account Executive for Curtis Media Group for 3 years, Branch Manager and Sales for Company Wrench for 1 year and concluded my career with 3 great years at MHC selling Kenworth Trucks. Retired in 2018 and bought a little condo at Wrightsville Beach.
My wife, Lu, and I enjoy all things NC State Wolfpack. We have season tickets to football, men's and women's basketball, and baseball and enjoy traveling to several "away" football games each year. We also love our 3 grandsons to death! Two are in Raleigh and one is in Florida, so we visit Florida as much as we can. We also love Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior!
