Paul's Story

Life It's funny how life turns out. You think it's going to go one way and it doesn't. That's been my life. Don't get me wrong. Life has been good. Better than I expected in a lot of ways. I didn't think I would leave Illinois. I left the first time in 1991 and lived in Seattle, WA for the summer with a college buddy and his fiance'. For three months I did nothing, but sleep in, ride mountain bikes and eat out on the grill. I moved to Tennessee in April of 1995 and have been here ever since. I work for Saturn (the car company) in the Service Engineering department at their corporate office in Spring Hill, TN. I love the company and have no plans of leaving any time soon. l hundred miles from my Dad and brother, Jon. On another note, I really thought I would have been married by now, but it's not to be....yet. I'm not worried about it, but I do get anxious from time to time. Life is good. I can't complain. School Unlike a lot of people I have spoken to, I miss high school. It was the best time of my life. I hung out everyday with my friends, played sports, had a girlfriend, learned to drive a car, etc. Now that I'm older I realize my worrys back then were very few. There are so many people I'd like to hear about and where they are today. In high school you think no one changes and then once you're out of school for a while you start to see how everyone changes and some of them a lot.
