Life
I have been working in the civil engineering field for the last 22 years, and am going on 16 years at my present company. I do everything there-subdivision design, road reconstruction, surveying, construction inspection, computer & manual drafting, etc. Busy , but most of the time i am outdoors.
My Wife Roni & I got married in 1986 and bought a house in grandwood park, on the other side of where my mom and dad still live. All my brothers and sisters live within 30 minutes from gurnee, so we stay close. Jeff owns a house on meadow lane in grandwood park.
I have two children, Thomas (born in 1987) will be 20 this december (ouch) and will be a sophomore at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, and is double majoring in Chemistry with Forensics, and criminal justice. I think he wants to be on a TV show or something. He also is a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon. He loves it.
My other son Daniel will be in 8th grade at woodland school. He is in baseball, and floor hockey. I coach him in both, as i coached Tom when he was in ...Expand for more
grade school. This year will be my last year coaching. I am looking forward to it.
We live in a house off of Almond road, south of washington st., across from warren township center and the new high school. there also is a new woodland
school building at almond and washington for 6th to 8th grade, so Dan can walk to school.
For my 40th birthday 2 1/2 years ago, my wife bought the car of my dreams for me. A 1970 Ford Torino Cobra, with a 429 cobra jet engine. FAST, but I don't push it much, just take it to shows. It is all original, including scratches and dents, but no rust. That will be my new hobbie when coaching is done, restoration. Money is presently tied up in college funding at the moment. In 1984, when my older brother Bob got his 1969 mustang, mach 1, 428 cobra jet, I told him I was going to one-up him by getting this car. he still has his in his garage,
needing work to finish up the restoration.
Anyone wishing to contact me or come over and visit can e mail me(see Announcements), look for me at McDonald's(Gurnee Mills) on friday nights, or look around town for my ORANGE 2006 chevy Pickup-you'll know it when u see it.
