Paul's Story
I think I attended the first day of 10th grade at Jordan before moving up to live with my Granddad up in the Pismo Beach area. Half of the 11th grade, I moved to Washington state, then back down to Palmdale for a few months, then back down to Long Beach. I was in ROTC and joined the rifle team, worked at McDonalds after school most days. I remember graduation day, my 18th birthday, standing in line with Jerry Cocks and my friend Denny Wheeler. ng that time I was stationed 3 times in England, once in Germany, and 3 times state side. I settled in Georgia after that and worked as a mail processing clerk with the Postal Service and have been retired (for good) for about 1 1/2 years. My wife of 39 years passed away in Nov 2014 and sorely missed.. It's funny how many names and pictures I remember from the class of '71 from Jordan. It's a nice walk through memory lane. I see Bill Youngblood on here as well, he was my next door neighbor for a couple of years. Best to all of you...
