Paul's Story
Life
I still live in the El Cajon area (Dehesa) and own a ServiceMaster doing insurance restoration and repair work. Our company has over 30 employees and we are currently located in El Cajon just several blocks from Parkway Plaza. We have several departments including:
Water clean up
Smoke and odor removal
Construction
Carpet cleaning
Mold remediation
Electronics and computer service
I married Arleen Nicklow in 1977 and we have two children. Brandon is 26 and works for Microsoft in Redmond Washington and Erin is 22 and is finishing up school at San Diego State. Arleen and I love to play...Expand for more
golf (though we are not very good at it) and joined Singing Hills several years ago where we occasionally see El Cap grads such as Jim Bacinett and others.
Just a follow up from the above posting. Arleen passed away from ALS ( as did her sister Chris) on July 21, 2012. She had trouble breathing and was in pain the final couple of months. She was using a feeding tube and the last 3 weeks she was bedridden needing constant help. It was tough to watch her decline the rapid way that she did. She is in a better place and more comfortable than she was here on earth. I will love her for ever.
