BEFORE I TELL PART OF THE STORY....
Why do so few people post their picture? Half the people I recall I do not know by name....BUT by face....so...and P.S......where are the rest of my Forest Road Class of '69 friends? Or the Corral crew? Help help!
It's a long story!
Since leaving La Grange Park (very difficult move) in 1970 I have lived in Ft. Lauderdale, Tampa, Long Island, New Hanmpshire, Iowa, and Chesapeake VA.....here in VA since 1986.
I practice family law for a little whle longer, after teaching school for 3 years, working at Busch Gardens and other odd places.....

My life sprung from the early years in LaGrange Park, at Forest Road and among my friends and family.......
As one of the few kids with a single parent, I felt a little off balance, but I loved my friends, my town, my coaches, my teachers (almost all of them!)
My life has been rich in many ways, but I was mined from the earth of my hometown. Bill Yena was a very important hero to me. My mother - who selected the town - held us togetherand gave us all she had to the end. She passed this month and there is a big hole.
I hope to hear from all of you whenever you get the chance!
