Paul's Story

After graduating I attended the University of Iowa, escaping from there in 1989 with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. Ended up at Caterpillar in Peoria, IL. I've been with the company now for 20 years and along the way have worked in Peoria, Joliet, Aurora, and Decatur (all in Illinoi...Expand for more
s) and Grenoble, France. Completed an MBA at DePaul University in 2001, and was an adjunct prof in the business school after that for one semester. My wife, Kristi, and I have two boys - Zach (6) and Luke (4). We enjoy skiing in Colorado during the winter, and camping in the summers.
