Paula's Story
The Annual De Anza High All Year Reunion picnic is usually held at Kennedy Grove park in El Sobrante on the third Saturday of August from 10:00 AM (usually) to around 4:00 PM. Due to the Coronavirus pandemic it was cancelled in 2020. Watch out for future announcements here and on several DAHS and local Facebook pages regarding future events.

The reunion committee members besides myself are Les Courtney, Kathy Waite, Deborah Munday, Stewart Hall (all from 1965) and Al Travalini, Susie Farrar VanZant, Gail (Beucler) Torres, Sharon (Pfister) Sexton and Kay (Million) Lackey.

e/cell numbers or email addresses. We won't be meeting for a while again regarding the next reunion. Ideas and constructive comments regarding the next reunion are welcome. As in the past, members of other classes are certainly welcome to attend any of our reunions. Also note that there has been an annual picnic each August (usually 3rd Saturday) held in Kennedy Grove since 2005, El Sobrante, and hosted by Garrison Traver, Class of 1969. The picnic is open to anyone who has attended De Anza High. If you are coming back to El Sobrante, check out the new high school that replaced the one built in 1955. It opened in 2013.
The next All Year Annual DAHS picnic will hopefully be held in 2021. Check with Garrison Traver, he is on Facebook and there is a FB group for the "De Anza All Years Alumni Annual Picnics" that you can join if you are interested.
