College
My undergraduate degree in elementary ed. & English is from San Diego State, 1956-60. I enjoyed the Musical Comedy Guild, being in the dancing chorus of On the Town and One Touch of Venus. My sorority was Alpha Chi Omega, & I am still enjoying friendships from those sisters.

Boston, right around the corner from Fenway Park, home of the Red Sox. What a great atmosphere there is in Boston!
I was admitted to the Harvard Univ. Grad. School of Ed., in 1979, but instead we moved to Portland, OR where I began teaching in several elementary school library media centers in the Parkrose School District. I enjoyed taking many extension classes through Portland State University.
