Life
I'm a former realtor of Pinellas County for 17 years who finished
my seveteenth FCC filing. I had been on four years of Florida PSC dockets concerning telecom since 1998. My claim to fame lately? I received a 25-CD 29 Florida PSC commissioner, attys, directors and general counsel emails record request under Florida Statutes 286 Sunshine Law.
An Ethics Commission investigator and the Attorney General office, exhausted by a subpoena search, asked for my records on the FPSC SEARUC Miami telecom sponsored convention from 2002.

fter my report with 60 emails previously unseen,the PSC Chairman Baez decided not to seek re-appointment. I have Florida Bar and Ethics Commission complaints, from the same email record request going out this summer showing our Florida PSC changed staff rec drafts before hearings that helped big business telecom and power companies. And that these high ranking PSC directors, GC's and Commissioners perjured themselves in depositions of fired state PSC employee whistleblowers. Sounds like a James Bond movie!
