Peggy's Story

I WAS MARRIED FOR 28 YEARS TO A GREAT GUY, BUT WAS WIDOWED IN 2005. WE HAVE FOUR CHILDREN AND ONE GRANDSON WHO IS 6, AND THE LIGHT OF MY LIFE. RELOCATED TO CAL AFTER GRADUATING FROM PORT RICHMOND. I MET MY HUSBAND ON A BLIND DATE AND IT LASTED 28 YEARS. I HAVE A TERRIFIC JOB AT A CHRISTIAN PRESCHOOL AND I AM THE CHILDREN'S MINISTRY LEADER AT MY CHURCH (FAMILY CHRISTIAN CENTER). ON SUNDAY MORNING (CHILDREN 5-12). IT IS CHALLENGING, BUT VERY REWARDING. THEY ACTUALLY TEACH ME MORE THAN I CAN TEACH THEM. I SING ON THE PRAISE TEAM, AND FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO KNOW ME WELL, YOU KNOW I HAVE ALWAYS LOVED TO SING. I AM VERY PEACEFUL AND CONTENT WITH MY LIFE, BUT WOULD LIKE TO CONNECT WITH OLD FRIENDS.
