Peggy's Story
1970- Novemember; moved from Minnesota to Arizona, funny fact- nobody taught us in American History that Az was the wild west still.
1973- May; graduation, can't wait now instead of working 3 part time jobs and one full time job I'll have more time to?????? Oh YEAH go to College and pick up another part time job at MCC.
1974- still going to college, paying my own way and working.
1975- birthed #1 boy child, graduated with LPN license. Yea now I got a real job, making 3.65 / hour.
1976-August; married Michael Jackson, I know everyone says it, all together now, "peggy sue married michael lee" that's how it WAS!
1977- May; tried to graduate college again, but birthed #2 son instead.
1980- Dec finally graduated as RN. now I can get a day job, making $7.00/hour.
1981- May; birthed #1 daughter= #3 child --YES working fulltime+
1982-birthed...Expand for more

1983- June; still feel like I/m not accomplishing enough, so I take on another job in Phoenix, working in NICU -the premie nsy,
1986- March; still not challenged enough,I take the position of patient care coordinator of nsy II at Mesa General Hospital.And it con't from there on & on & on.
2008--Today I'm a staff nurse at a local hospital in east Mesa, and involved heavily with Relay for Life of Mesa and like all the rest of you now pondering the "reality and responsibility for the rest of our lives"
2011--started a second job working at Summit Healthcare in Show Low.
2013---As of this year, I am still working fulltime as a RN in Mesa AND working in Show Low 8--12 shifts a month. #8 grandchild born this fall,as the #1 granchild turns 15,
Just where did the time go?! What have I done with my LIFE!?, PROVIDED SERVICE TO OTHERS!
