Peggy's Story
I'm a retired teacher. I raised my son and daughter in Gig Harbor , WA. I have volunteered in the community schools for 20 years, was president for Peninsula Schools Foundation, President of Supertendent council, on the board for Peninsula Athletic Association for 20 years and now continue my father's legacy for Palmer Scholars as major board member. I worked in the construction business for 3 years and managed the deli at Performance Golf Center with Dave Fiorino for 2 years

our classmates, Rich Furse, Dave Fiorino, Keith Petteys, and John Celms to have an annual golf tournament to raise money for scholarships for the Howie Smith Foundation. I'm currently president of my homeowners association for 72 homes. There is never a dull moment here.
I have five grand children whom I keep in close contact and love living in my peaceful home in Purdy Wa with the beach access ( Lee Foreman teases me I have web feet and can't be far away from water due to my days as a Dolphin at WHS). and view of Mt. Rainier. My hobby is gardening.. I have a very large yard and it gives me quiet and contemplation time in between my busy schedule.
