Cheryl's Story
Let See! I am 54 years old as of July 14th of 2011. I have been married twice: once in 1982 to a Harold Lewis and Devorced in 1985. He was let say a poor provider and I couldn't support us both. I worked as a fry cook at a restraunt to support us both. I returned to New York State in a small town called Salamanca about 60 miles south of Buffalo New York in Dec 1983. I reunited my relationship with my mother who I haven't seen since I was 5 years old. I was working as a cook and met my second husband and married him in April 6th, 1985. He was a widower and had a new born daughter named Heidi Marie Murphy born May 17th 1984 I lived with him for a year before we got married in 1985. I became Heidi's Adopted MOM in 1986. I was so happy and loved my newfamily very much, we were so happy. I can't figure out what went wrong and never will. I lost my mom to cancer in 2000, my real father in 1985 to a car wreck, my step mom to heart failure on the operating room having an angia gram, my sister MaryAnn Brol to a car wreck in 2008. ust before Christmas my husdand of 20 years left me and moved in with his first cousin. We have been seperated for 7 years now and he still lives with his first cousin in their home in Napoli a few houses down from his Aunt and Uncle who is her parents. I will let you figure that one out. Our daughter and myself moved out of our family home and I sold it, to move to another town and bought a double wide trailer in a trailer court. We love it. After 2 years a lone I found a wonderful man and we are happy. I haven't accomplished much, but just to hang at home as a home mom. My daughter was born with Cerbral Palsy because her biological mom died giving birth to her. She is 27 years old now and we take care of each other. I am disabled with many health issues and can't work, but my husband supports me with a maintence fee from a court ordered seperation till retirement. I commented to my boyfriend the other day how I wish I could see my Reunions, but it is so far away. I want to know the next Reunion if there is one or get in touch of old classmates too.
