I'm married to my husband, Archie Coplen, for 52 years. Time flies when we least expect it. Our only son Paul and his wife live here in Colorado Springs with our two “grand puppies “. Archie and I are retired and like so many of our friends miss the good health days, but we do okay. Being a cancer survivor gives one a different perspective about a lot of things.

ldren in sight. We just have grand puppies. I am in my sixth year of retirement after 41 years of teaching. I sub some, but mostly do "what I want" inclluding crafts and hobbies.
In Jan. 2010 I found I had cancer. Now I'm a 6year survivor! I am doing LOTS better. I am subbing some when I feel like it just to be with the kids and enjoy teaching--without testing,grades, meetings, reports, etc.
Finally got my masters in 2000. I just moved around too much!
